Can I order products other than LoFric through Select?

Yes, we can supply the full range of products available under Part IX of the Drug Tariff.

How can I order?

As an end user, you can register by calling 0800 783 7027 and then log in to place an order for yourself. As a Healthcare Professional you can register on the website, then log in and place an order for your patients.

How long will it take for my products to be delivered?

On request, we can provide next day delivery upon receipt of your prescription (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). In some areas of the UK, or with certain products, delivery can take 48 hours.

For your own peace of mind, we advise you to re-order products when you still have two week's supply left.

What if the delivery comes when I am out?

If you have provided a pre-agreed location (such as with a neighbour or in the porch) your parcel will be left there when you are out.  If not, you will receive a calling card from the courier company which tells you what to do.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes, we will need a copy of your prescription in order to process your product orders. If we cannot request prescriptions on your behalf you can post your prescription to Select:

How do I get samples in order to try a different LoFric product?

Contact us to request sample products and we will send them to you. Please note that these samples are for demonstration use only and they must only be used under medical guidance.

What if I want to change my product?

Before changing products you must seek guidance from your healthcare professional, such as your continence nurse. It must also be agreed by your GP.

What if I have a medical question?

Firstly try to contact your own specialist nurse. If you cannot get hold of them or do not have their contact details, you can email one of our specialist nurse advisors or contact us on 0800 783 7027 and we will put you in contact with the most appropriate person to handle your query.
