Easy Ordering

With Select your bladder or bowel prescription order is simple.

Before you place an order with Select you will need to be registered onto our service, usually this will have been managed by your healthcare professional. However, if you would like to register yourself then please call 0800 783 7027 – please have your prescription details to hand.


How to Order:



Our online ordering gives you the flexibility to place an order, whenever and wherever you are. You will be set up with a product listing based on your prescription, from here simply select the products and quantities you require from the order form.

Before you can access the system we will need to activate your account for online ordering. To do please call 0800 783 7027 and one of our advisors will get you set up.

The Select phone line is open Monday to Friday from 8:30AM – 5PM. To place an order simply call 0800 783 7027 and one of our friendly, knowledgeable customer care advisors will help you to place your order and answer any other queries that you may have.


Our exclusive text to order system allows you to place your regular order by responding to a reminder text message. This saves time, initiates the order without you having to schedule a call to Select and only costs the price of a standard rate text message.

If you prefer, you can post your order to us. We will always provide a freepost envelope in your order so you don't have to pay to send us an order this way.

Your Prescription:

Before we can process your order, we will first need to receive a valid prescription – no order can be dispensed without a prescription form.

We will contact your GP to arrange collection of your prescription on your behalf. However, some GPs will only provide a prescription directly to their patients, in which case you will need to collect the prescription yourself and forward it on to us.

Alternatively, if you are in England, you can nominate Select to receive your prescriptions electronically. This will save you time and help us to process your order more efficiently. To find out more about Electronic prescriptions, please click here.



On receiving your prescription, we will ship your order and provide you with a 1-hour timeslot to let you know when your supplies will be arriving.

The majority of orders are delivered within 24 hours (excluding Bank Holidays, weekends and certain remote areas).
