Welcome to the patient area of the Select Home Delivery Service website.

Once you've registered (by calling 0800 783 7027) and logged in you can use this area to place an order, request samples, and find out more about repeat dispensing.  You can also edit your account details.

If registering for the first time you will need to have the following information to hand.

Your name, address, postcode and contact details

Alternative delivery instructions if you're not at home

Prescription exemption status details

Your GP's name, address and telephone number

The hospital / clinic where you were seen

The products you require, including the size and quantity


Your prescription

Please note that we will need a copy of your prescription in order to process your request. This can be done in one of the following ways:

1) Call or email and ask us to request your prescription directly from your GP

2) Send your prescription in the freepost envelope included in your last Select delivery.  If you don't have a freepost envelope to hand, please send your prescription to:

Please ensure that your healthcare professional first agrees to prescribe the products. They may contact us should they have any queries about the service.


Your delivery

Your prescribed products will be delivered in discreet packaging directly to your door via a national courier.

We always aim to provide next day delivery upon receipt of your prescription (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).  In some areas of the UK, or with certain products, delivery can take 48 hours.
